2024 Race, Trek & Event Schedule

Friday, May 24-
12:00- Course marking & Event Setup for any interested volunteers
5:00- Check-in & Packet Pickup at Pok-O-MacCready Camps, POK-O QUEEN.
6:00- Carbo-loading pasta dinner and race announcements at Pok-O Queen.
7:45- Meeting for race volunteers

Assigned Lodging at Pok-O-MacCready Camps for all participants who requested

Saturday, May 25-
6:30- Check-in & Packet Pickup at POK-O QUEEN. Check-in table may move to race start (weather permitting)
6:45-9:00: Continental breakfast for all who signed up.
7:00- TREKKERS Start at Camp Pok-O Pillars (self-starters may begin earlier)
8:30- RUNNERS Start at Camp Pok-O Pillars
9:00- HALF-SPRINT Start at Camp Pok-O Pillars
9:30- ELITE RACERS Start at Camp Pok-O Pillars
10:30- KINDER-SPRINT Start at base of Poke-O-Moonshine
11:00-1:00- Finish at summit of Poke-O. Informal Awards Presentation
12:00-2:00 - Snacks & spirits at the Poke-O South End Lot Cantina
12:00-2:30- Shuttle rides available from South Poke-O lot, back to camp.
3:30pm- BBQ and Awards at POK-O QUEEN (or outdoor picnic)
5:30pm- Participant gathering at Ausable Brewing Company, Keeseville.

Sunday, May 28-

Morning Volunteer work projects for Pok-O-MacCready Camps.

Afternoon gathering at Ausable Brewery featuring live music from "The Patch Pioneers" (TS, JE, DB, etc.)
